Delivery Pricing and Conditions
We deliver flowers inside Prague in as little as 90 minutes, and anywhere in the Czech Republic by the next working day. Delivery prices apply when ordering online through our e-shop.
Prague Delivery
For deliveries within Prague, you can choose from four different delivery tariffs. With the Express 90 min tariff, we’ll deliver your bouquet within 90 minutes. The Express 180 min tariff offers a 3-hour delivery window. The Best Value tariff guarantees your flowers will be delivered within 4 hours on the selected day. And if you prefer precise planning, the On Time tariff allows you to choose a specific 120-minute window. It's entirely up to you whether you want delivery on the same day or schedule it up to a week in advance. Please note that delivery windows for each tariff are fixed and cannot be shortened on request.

Return of Parcel to the Seller refers to situations where the shipment cannot be delivered for any reason—e.g., no one is present at the delivery address, the address is incorrect, etc. The cost of re-delivery is charged according to the same delivery tariffs listed above, based on the option originally selected by the buyer. | |||

For orders over 1,999 CZK, a discount of 129 CZK will be applied.
Greater Prague Area Delivery
Flower delivery to the Greater Prague Area is available for 599 CZK on business days between 9:00 and 20:00 and on Saturday mornings, with same-day delivery.
We’ve recently expanded our delivery service to include the areas surrounding Prague. Deliveries are made on weekdays in three available time slots:
9:00–13:00, 13:00–17:00, or 17:00–20:00, and on Saturday mornings.
We can deliver your flowers to the Greater Prague Area on the same day the order is placed.
Use our interactive map to easily check whether your delivery address is within the eligible delivery zone (highlighted in pink).
The standard delivery fee for this area is 599 CZK, but for orders over 1,999 CZK, the fee is automatically reduced to 470 CZK.

Delivery Across the Czech Republic
Outside of Prague, we deliver water-packed bouquets and flower boxes across the Czech Republic from Tuesday to Friday.
To ensure next-day delivery, orders must be placed on a business day (Mon–Thu) by 1:30 PM at the latest.
