🛒 Orders
1. How can I order flowers online?
Ordering is very easy. Choose your flowers, then add any additional products, place them in the cart, enter delivery details, select the delivery date, and complete the payment. After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary and order number. Please check your spam folder in case the confirmation email ended up there.
2. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if you contact us as soon as possible after placing your order (ideally at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery and you know your order number), we’ll be happy to help—provided the flowers haven’t already been dispatched.

3. Where and when do you deliver flowers?
We deliver flowers within 90 minutes of ordering or according to another selected delivery option across Prague and surrounding areas, every day including weekends and holidays. Nationwide delivery within the Czech Republic is only on working days following another working day—typically Tuesday to Friday. Exact delivery options will be shown after you enter the address and select a date on the calendar.
4. Can I choose a specific delivery time?
Yes, during checkout you can select a time window for delivery in Prague and nearby areas, such as the "Best Price" slot from 9–13h or 13–17h, or the “On Time” tariff within a 3-hour window. If you're ordering and requesting delivery on the same day, we offer Express options—either within 90 minutes or 180 minutes of ordering. Same-day orders must be placed by 17:30.
For nationwide deliveries, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a specific time. However, the recipient will be contacted by the driver on the morning of delivery to confirm timing. While we can’t promise an exact time, we always strive to meet the selected timeframe.
5. What if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t at the specified address, the courier will try to call them to make arrangements or may leave the flowers with a neighbor. In extreme cases, we’ll contact you for further instructions.
6. Can I send flowers anonymously as a surprise?
Yes, discretion is our priority. We never reveal the sender's name to the recipient. Flowers are always delivered anonymously unless you explicitly include your name in the free message card.

7. What payment methods do you accept, and are they secure?
We accept various online payment methods—QR code payments, online card payments, bank transfers, Apple Pay, and payment gateways like GoPay or PayU.
All available payment methods (depending on your currency) will be shown at checkout. We use secure, encrypted payment gateways to ensure maximum data protection.

8. How long will the flowers stay fresh?
With proper care, flowers last 5–7 days. Bouquets are freshly arranged before dispatch and come with care instructions.
9. Does the bouquet include ribbon, wrapping, or a card?
Yes, every bouquet is professionally tied, gift-wrapped, and includes a ribbon. You can also add a personal message printed on a tasteful compliment card at no extra charge.
10. Can I order a custom bouquet?
Yes, we offer the option to adjust the bouquet’s size or the exact number of stems. Call or write to us with your wishes, and we’ll prepare a custom offer for you.
11. What if the delivered flowers aren’t what I expected?
We guarantee 100% freshness. If you’re not satisfied with the delivered flowers, please contact us as soon as possible and send a photo.
We will promptly send you a new bouquet or a voucher for your next purchase. If we’ve truly let you down, we’ll refund your money.

🎁 Add-ons & Messages
12. Can I add a personal message to the order?
Yes, you can write your message in the cart. We’ll print it on a tasteful compliment card and include it with the bouquet, free of charge.
13. Do you offer gifts with flowers?
Yes, you can add gifts such as chocolates, vases, wine, plush toys, or helium balloons to your flowers—everything is available in the "Add-ons" section.
