GARDENER / PLANT CARE SPECIALIST 

Care and maintenance of plants in office buildings

We’re looking for a new team member to help us care for plants across office spaces in Prague. You can choose your preferred working hours, but Monday shifts starting at 6:00 AM are required.

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of potted plants
• Watering, treatment, repotting, pest control, misting, and plant tying
• Communication with clients and coordination with the project manager
• Maintenance takes place in offices, hotels, and public institutions throughout Prague

What We Expect:

• Education or experience in gardening/plant care
• Knowledge of potted plants (both indoor and outdoor)
• Friendly, professional demeanor and a team-oriented mindset

What We Offer:

• Recruitment bonus of 9,000 CZK
• Employment options: Full-time contract, part-time agreement (DPP), or freelance (ŽL)
