1. Basic terms
1.1 These general business terms and conditions are an indivisible part of all purchase contracts between Květinovy Svět Ltd. and its customers.
1.2 The vendor is Květinový Svět Ltd. ICO 28385829, based at Bělehradská 124, 12000 Prague 2, registered in the commercial register held by the municipal court in Prague, section C, inset 13785. The vendor is an operator of an internet shop with flowers and supplementary goods (E-shop).
1.3 The vendee is an individual or a corporate body, who, based on an order buys goods or requests its delivery to a consignee at a specified place.
1.4 A consignee is an individual or a corporate body to whom the vendor sends goods to at a specified place according to an order from the vendee.
1.5 The transporter is a external professional transporting company.
1.6 The offer of goods as well as the price list is placed on the web sites of the vendor www.bellesfleurs.cz or www.kvetinovysvet.cz
2. Goods and services order
The goods and services may be ordered by the forms outlined:

2.2 An on-line order through the website www.bellesfeurs.cz or www.kvetinovysvet.cz.
In the case of provable damage to goods, the vendee has the right to a replacement, discount on the price of the goods or is entitled to rescind the contract. The vendor, however, not liable for damage to goods caused by the recipient.
Should a vendee be interested in joining the vendor's customer database for continuity, please click on the top right „registration“ button and complete the registration form. Should the vendee register, they may receive information about special offers. When making subsequent purchases the vendee simply needs to log in using the „log in“ button. If the vendee chooses not to become a registered customer, filling in all the required information about the vendee and consignee will be required. Registration is not required for making an order.
2.3 A telephone order at +420 775 875 107 or +420 226 201 347.
Orders will be taken daily from 7:00 till 19:00. If choosing a telephone order it is necessary to pay for the order at one of the vendor´s stores one day prior to delivery. Alternatively, the order or can be paid by cash on delivery.
3. Goods delivery
The goods may be delivered by the following ways:
3.1 In-store pick up at a Belles Fleurs store.
3.2 Delivery to the consignee – IN PRAGUE
3.2.1 When this delivery option is chosen by the vendee, the vendor sends the goods to the consignee at the location specified by the vendee. The transport of goods is performed by a transporter.
3.2.2 The transporter delivers the goods to the specified location and gives them to the consignee during the period of conveyance. The vendor provides the transporter with information about the location, consignee's details and period of conveyance as per the vendee´s order. Recipient's phone number is in this type of traffic condition for delivery.
3.2.3 The consignee is expected to be present at the location during the period of conveyance. If otherwise, the transporter is allowed to give the goods over to another person providing him with a written confirmation. This does not apply to situations when the vendee literally requires strictly private delivery. The transporter is not obliged to check the consignee´s ID.
3.2.4 In case the consignee refuses to accept the goods, or it is impossible to deliver the goods especially due to an incorrect or non-existent address, the absence of consignee or another person who could accept the goods, the transporter is due to inform the vendee or the vendor about this fact immediately. The transporter will then be instructed with further instructions. The price for performing any additional instructions is to be paid by the vendee. If the transporter does not receive any further instructions in 10 minutes, or if there is no possibility to fulfil these instructions, the transporter returns the goods to the vendor. The duty of the transporter to deliver the goods is then discharged.
3.2.5 In case the consignee is absent from the specified location, it is also possible to re-deliver the goods. If repeated delivery is not successfully accomplished due to incorrect or incomplete consignee contact information provided by the vendee, the re-delivery fee (which is double the regular delivery fee) is owed to the vendor. Repeated delivery will be done in the shortest time possible after receipt of the fee payment. The fee may be paid at one of our premises as well as on-line. If the fee is not paid, the consignment is considered as satisfied even if the conveyance of goods did not actually happen.
3.3 Delivery to the consignee – THROUGHOUT CZECH REPUBLIC
3.3.1 When this kind of delivery is selected by the vendee, the vendor sends the goods to the consignee at the location indicated by the vendee. The goods transportation is done by a transporter.
3.3.2 The transporter delivers the goods to the set location and gives them to the consignee during the period of conveyance. The vendor provides the transporter with information about the location, consignee and the period of conveyance according to the vendee´s order. It is always important that vendee thoroughly check the accuracy of addresses, phone numbers, and other details, which affects the accuracy and speed of delivery. Providing the telephone number of the consignee is required for this method of delivery. Parcels are not possible to deliver to a P.O. Box.
3.3.3 The transporter contacts the consignee on the day of receipt between 8:00 -11: 00 and notifies in advance the time and location of the delivery or collectively, agree an alternative place of delivery. In case the consignee refuses to accept the goods, or it is impossible to deliver the goods especially due to an incorrect or non-existent address, the absence of the consignee or any other person who could accept the goods, the transporter is due to inform the vendee or the vendor about this fact immediately. 3.3.4 In case the consignee is absent from a specific location, it is also possible to re-deliver the goods the next working day, which is free. If the repeated delivery was not successfully accomplished due to incorrect or incomplete consignee contact information given by the vendee, the re-delivery fee is owed to the vendor. 4. Period of conveyance
4.1 Delivery of goods: IN PRAGUE
4.1.1 The delivery of goods is performed by a transporter in the period of conveyance which is within 3 hours (Normal tariff) or within 1,5 hours (Express tariff) of a specified time ordered by the vendee. If the goods are ordered in advance, the period of conveyance is equal to the period of the appropriate tariff and will therefore correspond to time specified before the goods are delivered.
4.1.2 The consignee must be present at the place of delivery during the period of conveyance, which is 3 hours (Normal tariff) or 1,5 hours (Express tariff) during the delivery time specified in the order.
4.1.3 As it is impossible to deliver the goods at an exact time, the delivery time schedule provided below.

5. Order payment
5.1 When collecting the goods from a Belles Fleurs store, payment may be made by credit card or cash, and in case of an on-line order you may use your on-line card.
5.2 When the goods are delivered to a consignee the order may be paid for with cash or credit card in the store, and in case of an on-line order with your on-line card or cash on delivery.
5.3 We accept the following credit cards (in store or on-line): VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTER CARD, MAESTRO, AMEX.
5.4 Payment cards for online payment we accept: VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTER CARD, MAESTRO, DINERS.
5.5 Payment by bank transfer in CZK is only accepted after agreement is made in person or by telephone ( +420 775 875 107 or +420 226 201 345). The order will only be processed once the payment to account no: 220877314/0300 is verified.
5.7 Order processing begins only after receiving full payment, with the exception of cash on delivery or personal pick-up.
5.8 The overall order price consists of the goods price (the price of a bouquet does not include the vase; the vase cannot be purchased and is only a decoration), the transport price and eventually the cash on delivery price.
5.9 The price of goods is based on a price list provided by the vendor valid on the date of order. The price of the bouquet is based on flower prices at the Holland Flower Exchange. The prices are connected to the season and availability, so the actual price of a flower may change throughout the year.
5.10 The price of transport is based on the price list attached to these terms and conditions. The E-shop calculates costs for delivery times automatically. It is necessary to confirm the price of transport and time of delivery. Later complaints will not be considered.

6. Goods receipt and claims
6.1 The consignee receives the goods when signing the delivery papers and also hereby confirms that the goods were received in good condition. In case of damaged goods (e.g. broken flowers), the consignee is expected to inform the vendor of this fact immediately by telephone +420 775 875 107 or +420 226 201 347. Later complaints will not be taken into account. Delivery receipt of an order, is a contractual obligation between the vendee and vendor. According to the order, the vendor is obliged to meet the terms of the ordered goods and deliver the goods in accordance with the terms to the delivery location. The vendee is obliged to pay the agreed price and provide the vendor with accurate information for conveyance.
6.2 The vendor is not responsible for incorrect contact information of the consignee nor if the consignee is absent from the specified delivery location during the delivery time.
7. Order cancellation
7.1 The vendee may cancel their order only via an email form sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders may only be cancelled in the 24 hour period before the delivery time required in the order. Cancellation fee for funeral and wedding orders is 50% of the price of the ordered goods.
8. Flower exchange
8.1 With regard to the fact that some flowers are seasonal, and due to the direct dependence of importing flowers, the vendor reserves the right to replace the type or colour of the flowers displayed on the website photographs on our websites up to 25%.
8.2 In case it is necessary to replace in excess of 25% of the flowers displayed on the website photographs, the vendor will immediately contact the vendee and will agree on further steps.
9. Final arrangements and name and description protection
9.1 Under data protection, the vendor is obliged to keep secret all information about the goods and place of delivery from all unauthorized people. The vendor is obliged to respect and protect the vendee's name and details according to act no.:101/2002 Sb. regarding the Name and Description Protection. The names and description provided will be processed and kept in a secure information system by the vendor. The vendor may legally verify the validity of the information provided regarding the truth and possible misuse of this information that may be in violation of Czech law, or if the information was not provided by someone who should not have access to such information. The vendor will only use the information provided to successfully process an order, complete goods delivery or address possible claims. The vendee hereby accepts the vendor's use of this information in order to deliver the consignment.
9.2 All legislative relations between the vendor and the vendee are based on Czech law. In matters that are not stated in other contracts or within these terms and conditions, appropriate sections of the Commercial Code may be used.
9.3 The business terms and conditions are superior to other possible statements by persons posing in the name of the vendor, unless this statement is otherwise written and signed by a person with the legal right to do so.
9.4 The vendor is entitled to change these business terms and conditions anytime. In case of a change to the original terms and conditions, these become valid the moment they are displayed on the vendor´s website. The changes shall not have any sort of influence on historically ordered goods or completed orders.
9.5 By completing an order, the vendee accepts these business terms and conditions.
