ON-LINE order process

1. On-line orders for the same day are executed from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (tariff Normal) or to 5 p.m. (tariff Express).

2. When you access the web site you may either log in with your registration number, fill in the registration form, or go directly to the category of bouquets you wish to order and send.

3. When the picture of the bouquet appears, choose your prefered size (small, medium, large). There is more specific info about each size telling you the diameter, height and sometimes even the length of the bouquet. When choosing a single-flower bouquet (i.e. only roses or lilies in the bouquet) we also inform you about the number of flowers used for each size of the bouquet. In case the bouquet you would like to order is no longer available on that particular day, our system will let you know about the need to contact us via telephone and make sure the bouquet may be available. It is then necessary to make sure that the bouquet is able to be delivered by phoning 226 201 340. In the case that you fail to do so, and still order and pay for the bouquet, Kvetinovy svet s.r.o. does not assume responsibility for not delivering the bouquet. The bouquet you order in this way will then be delivered on the nearest date possible and we will inform you of this via telephone.

4. Enter the amount of bouquets ordered (e.g. 1). This information MUST ALWAYS BE ENTERED. If you would like, please entre text for a card. It will be hand re-written on our company’s card and attached to the bouquet in an envelope. The card and the envelope is FREE of charge. Now, continue to your shopping basket.

5. Choose the method and date of delivery – in store pick up in a particular shop or by messenger ONLY IN PRAGUE. You may choose from: tariff Normal - delivery within 3,5 hours from the order from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. the same day, or tariff Express – delivery within 2 hours from the order from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. the same day. Or choose any other day of delivery with delivery from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. at tariff Normal and from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. at tariff Express. The particular prices and tariffs are listed in the delivery pricelist.

6. If you choose delivery by messenger please fill in the form with your contact information (if you have already registered this will be filled in automatically). If the contact information of the vendee does not correspond with the contact information of the consignee, please click on “different from contact info” and fill in all necessary information.

7. Choose the method of payment. When choosing messenger delivery you can pay: 1. with your card on-line; 2. with cash on delivery at the vendee; 3. with cash on delivery at the consignee. When choosing in-store pick up you can pay either with your card on-line or with cash or card in the store.

8. We accept the following cards for on-line or in store payments: VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTER CARD, MAESTRO.

9. After successful finish of the order you will receive an automatic confirmation at your email address. Please, check the information carefully and in case of any discrepancy in the order or incomplete information in the delivery address contact us immediately at 530 506 870 and we will correct the information. We cannot take into account any later claims caused by incomplete information.
